Top 10 Best Passive Income Ideas of 2019

In my previous post i have talked about what is Active and Passive Income. Now that we know the differences, let me list Top 10 Passive Income Ideas i think are valid right now. I know there are many other places you can find similar list but this list will help you actually start. One thing to remember is that not all of them will work for everyone, so you choose which one is good for you and start.

NOTE: There is no easy or "Quick Way to Get Rich", so what we can try acheiving is to work smart and acheive what we would like to acheive.

Also hard reality is that Nothing is 100% passive, a passive income requires indeed a lot of work in start and some ongoing maintenance. But it is called passive because you can earn money when you are not actively doing anything. Also at first, forget about making living out of passive income, you need to start thinking about passive income while you are working full time.

1. Investing in Property:
   This is something i have done and still do. Yes, this is the highly legitimate way of making extra money, but you require a lot of upfront money. There are ways to grow quick once you have one Investment Property. I will talk about that in separate blog post. You can email me or comment here if you need further help.
   
2. Buy and sell music royalities:Again this is one of those things which will require some money in your pocket which you can invest. This is similar to buying Intellectual Property (IP) and Buying something in Auction. It can work for some people, again it's something you buy today and it will work for you behind the sceens. 3. Public speaking, coaching others how to speak in front of other people:First thing comes into our mind is that I do not have experience in anything, i am too young or i have never done this before. I would say, if you can read this article till here (i know it's going to be a long post), then you can talk about your experience in school on YouTube, you can coach/teach others what you have learnt in School. This is something which can be mix of Active and Passive income. How? Any public speaking or Coaching you do, record it and post it on YouTube. If you get enough hits and you can Monitize it, Wallah! you will be making extra money.  To start with, you will have to put some effort but i have seen people making good money out of coaching while they are studying themselves.
   
4. Rent a Room:
   It is something i have tried. Also it is something we all know about but never do or think it will intrude my privacy. We have to give something to get something, you can think that you are trading your little privacy with Money. And you don't have to do it all your life, you can save that money, topup your Active Income savings and buy a proper flat as investment or invest that money in other things to generate more income.
   
5. Rent a bike!This is something not many people have done before or think it's not worth doing. If you are living in a city where cycling is very common, people go from A to B on bicycle then this can be a good idea for Passive Icome. You can rent your bike to a tourist, charge them an advance for safety. You don't have to have a super duper bike, just a simple one will do.
   
6. Affiliate Marketing:Again this is something i have tried and i can say in some shape or form many others will have. It can be a good source of income while you keep referring people. Also they more you do it they better you will get. It seems difficult to start with but anything can be difficult or easy depending on how serious you are about it. We all have heard about Affiliate Marketing, There is always a Neche you can find. Someone i found was selling Prescription Cards in USA and getting commission every time someone is using them.
   
7. Write a book:Why i think this can be very difficult and very easy but if you are good at blogging, then definitely you can write a book. If you have interest in a topic and you nomally write or talk about it anyway, than why not combine all that material and convert it into a book. You can release on Kindle or other platforms. Once a book is written and if it is successful, you can always go back and write a second version of the book! Similar to "Fifty Shades of Grey"
   
8. Amazon Influencer Programe:
   Now Amazon is using social media power and encouraging people ot promote things on social media, if you use social media all day and all night then this is for you. Most of us use different types of Social Media, so this can be for anyone. Once you have promoted one product once, it can keep generating money for you.
   
9. MediumMedium has a partners program, if you can write and you like writing like me. This is one of the places you can do what you like and make some money! Once you have written an article, that stays there and keeps filling your pockets.
   
10. Use Adf.ly
    I have ranked this lower and i am not big fan of it, but hey people do make money from it and it works for some people. Like i said before not all of these work for everyone. Adfly let's you create links and share with People, when they will click on a link they will see an annoying advert and they will have to click on Contineu to go to that link.

Have Confidence in your abilities

You won’t make it without confidence! 

Here when I talk about Confidence, I do not mean over confidence. Over confidence can fall into category of Arrogance. Also, when I talk about confidence, I do not mean take advantage of Less Confident people.

Why Confidence Can Leads to Success:

Confident person can give confidence to others around him, so even people with less confidence will get boosted energy from someone confident. Confident people believe in themselves and people around them. They do not have to be expert in everything, but they need to be intelligent and be confident to take calculated risks.

What one can do to build confidence:

Without making this post very long, there are few things one can do to build confidence. Confidence does not mean you will always succeed, it means you are passionate, are not afraid of trying and failing. Most people do not try because they have fear of failure.

1. The idea is to gain as much knowledge as possible, REMEMBER KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. You can do more research, read more about the topic. Speak to your close friends about what you are trying to do. The more you talk about it the more you will understand and the more confidence you will have. Once you are confident enough, you need to show others/Your team that you are confident something can work if we try harder.
2. Confidence is attitude towards general life, a successful person will not get up in the morning and think "Ah another day". He will think, ok what can I achieve today, his mind will be always on the move. How you can do that, Think Positive, look for ideas around you to make things happen. Once you know you want to do something, stick with it till the end (don't forget to define that END when you start, otherwise END will never come).

Confident people can lead to success because they are actively looking for success, without sitting and thinking about it and not working towards long term goals.

We live in a world where everyone is busy, and everyone has a diary. To be successful, you not only have to manage your diary but also try not to offend people so if you need them in future they are as accommodating and honest as you are with them.

There are few things successful people do:

1. Don't give away their diaries to their assistants, you as a person know when you are free and what is important to you. Your assistant (if you have one) cannot organise your life otherwise he/she is better than you are!
2. They are proactive towards meetings, if a meeting is not suitable for them, they ask it to be changed to the time suits them. If you don't do that, people will be adding meetings in your diaries at random times, which can be 7pm in the evening. 
3. They politely either ask their peers/sub-ordinates to attend the meeting they do not need to, that way they can find out what is the outcome of the meeting without being there.
4. If they feel there is no need to have a meeting and something can be discussed in 5 min face to face, they rather do that and save time.

Doing all above will help you organise your life at work and home, if you are recommending times than world around you Is moving they way you want it to be.

Successful people are normally strict with their routine, e.g. Daily gym, morning routine and what they should be eating. To be successful, you need to own what's happening to your life.
